5 oz Overproof Rum
8 oz Piña Colada Mix
8 oz Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
Pineapple Slice
Maraschino Cherry.
Blender, Boxcutters, Jigger, Mixing-glass, Stirrer (long Spoon), Straws, Tablespoons, Hurricane Glass.
Put in a blender 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Crushed Ice, 2 1/2 oz of Rum and Piña Colada Mix.
Blend for 30 seconds, then pour the mixture into a Mixing Glass or a large glass.
Clean the Juice squeezer.
Pour into blender 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Crushed Ice, 2 1/2 oz of Rum and Strawberry Daiquiri Mix.
Blend for 30 seconds, then pour the mixture into another Mixing Glass or a large glass.
Take a Glass Hurricane, and paid before the first compound (Piña Colada Mix) then the second (Strawberry Daiquiri Mix), making sure they do not mix, resulting in a horizontal stratification.
For an impressive presentation, pour in glass Hurricane, the two compounds simultaneously, always being careful not to mix them, getting a vertical stratification. Complete the drink with a Slice of Pineapple, a Maraschino Cherry, Straws and some cocktail decoration.
