7 Concord Grapes
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Old Tom Gin
1/2 oz Cynar
1/4 oz Strega
2 Spritzes of diluted aftelier anise hyssop essence.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Muddler, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Coupe Glass.
In a Cocktail Shaker, mudle the Grapes with the Lime Juice. Add the Gin, Cynar and Strega, fill the shaker with Ice and shake well. Strain into chilled Coupe Glass. Then spritz the hyssop essence over the drink.
