3 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Gold Rum + 1/2 oz to pour on top
1 oz Coconut Rum
2/3 oz Grenadine
Lime Slice.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Large Martini Glass.
In a Shaker full of Ice, put the Pineapple Juice, the Orange Juice, 1 oz Gold Rum, Coconut Rum. Shake for 10-20 seconds, then strain into a Large Martini Glass, add the Grenadine, dropping it on the bottom, on the surface 1/2 oz of Rum Gold. Garnish with a Slice of Lime.
