1 1/2 Inch Cube Fresh Cantaloupe Melon
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Lemon Juice.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Muddler, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Coupe Glass.
In a Cocktail Shaker, muddle the Melon until it releases some of its juice. Fill the shaker with Ice and add the Tequila, Aperol, Vermouth and Lemon Juice. Shake vigorously, strain into a Coupe or martini glass and serve immediately.
