2/3 oz Pineapple Vodka
1/2 oz Vanilla Rum
1 oz Lychee Puree
Splash of Lemon Juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
Grenadine.
Blender, Boxcutters, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Rocks Glass.
Peel and pit about 5 Lychees and puree them in a blender or Food Processor.
If you want a clear juice, pass the puree through a sieve.
Shake with Ice and strain into a Rocks Glass, then add a little Grenadine for that gorgeous pink color. Garnish with floating orchid or a drink umbrella.
