Serves 2:

1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Nutella
1 1/3 oz Vodka
1 1/3 oz Chambord

For Garnish
Freeze Dried Raspberries, Crushed (optional).
Casseroles, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Strainer, Tablespoons, Large Martini Glass, Cup.
In a small sauce pan, warm the cream--do not let it boil.
Add the Nutella to the cream, and stir until it melts.
Let the cream and Nutella mixture cool.
Fill a large martini shaker with ice.
Add the cooled Nutella mixture, vodka, and Chambord.
Shake very well, and then strain into 2 martini glasses.
Optional: rim the martini glass with Nutella and roll in crushed dried raspberries.
Serve immediately.
