Serves 6:

3 1/3 oz Thyme-infused Simple Syrup*
6 2/3 oz Bourbon Whiskey
6 2/3 oz Applejack Brandy
6 2/3 oz Apple Cider
3 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
6 dashes Angostura bitters.
Casseroles, Boxcutters, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Martini Glass, Cup, Pitcher.
Combine all Ingredients in a Pitcher or bottle.
Add 4 oz. of the pre-mixed cocktail (per serving) to an ice filled Shaker.
Shake and strain into a Martini Glass.
Keep any unused mix in the refrigerator.

*Thyme-infused Simple Syrup:
Add one cup of Sugar and one cup of Water to a small Saucepan. Boil until combined, and add 15 sprigs of Thyme. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
