2 oz Bourbon
2 Figs, stems cut off
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Leaves from 2 stems of fresh Thyme.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Muddler, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Stirrer (long Spoon), Martini Glass.
Add the Figs, Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Thyme Leaves to a cocktail Shaker. Muddle the figs using a cocktail Muddler or the back of a wooden spoon. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini Glass and garnish with a sprig of Thyme if desired.
