3 Strawberries (and 1 extra for garnish)
3/4 oz Passionfruit Purée or Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Cachaca
Lime peel strip for garnish.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Muddler, Strainer, Rocks Glass.
Pour all Ingredients except the Strawberry to decorate and peel Lime in the Glass Shaker and mash well with a Pestle . Add some ice and shake , strain into a Rocks Glass with the crushed ice , decorated serving.
