1 1/2 oz Genever
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Angostura Bitters.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Wine Glass.
Fill a cocktail Shaker with ice, add Genever, Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Orgeat, and Bitters. Shake well until very cold. Strain into Wine Glass and serve immediately.
