1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz Honey
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Champagne.
Boxcutters, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Citrus Juicer, Strainer, Flûte.
Dissolve the Honey in the same amount of Water, then pour it in a Shaker with ice, and all other Ingredients except Champagne. Shaken, filtered into a Flûte, filled with very cold Champagne, served.
