For the Rim:
Fine Salt
Vanilla bean.

1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Orange peel
Lime Peel
2 Tablespoons Orange Preserve
Vanilla (Extract).
Boxcutters, Teaspoons, Jigger, Shaker Classic/Boston, Strainer, Saucers, Tablespoons, Cup, Margarita Glass, Jars.
For the vanilla-infused salt:
Slice the vanilla bean open, lengthwise. Then cut the bean into quarters, crosswise.
Place the vanilla bean in a small glass Jar and cover with the salt. Cover the jar and shake well. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before rimming the margarita glasses.

For the margaritas:
Pour some of the salt onto a small plate. Wet the rim of a margarita glass, then dip it in the salt, turning the glass so that the rim is covered in vanilla salt. Fill the glass with ice.
Combine the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, marmalade, vanilla extract and some ice (about a quarter cup, but the amount doesn't need to be exact) in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until the shaker is chilly and frosted over. Strain into the prepared margarita glass, and garnish with some lime and orange slices. Serve immediately.
If you use a Rocks Glass, add ice.
